Macro fmt_field

macro_rules! fmt_field {
    ($f: expr, $self:ident.$field:ident) => { ... };
    ($f: expr, $self:ident.$field:ident, $value:expr) => { ... };
}

Adds a $field to the std::fmt::DebugStruct, $f from $self.
